There are several things "wrong".
*There is one diliberate line to distinguish the meaning of the word in two
languages; Engels & Frans. This line does not serve its purpose
*Because of the heading the word itself Engels & Frans are underlined _and_
they get a line from front to back.
It just does not look good.
Anyway,
Thanks for looking at the page.

(to be difficult, I raised more points..)

Take for instance those lines that are
"gratis" when you use headings.
They make excellent sense when in Wikipedia but they look _horrible_ in
wiktionary. Have a look at
http://nl.wiktionary.org/wiki/Breton for
instance. It does not look good.
I'm a little unclear on what you perceive to be wrong with this page. It
looks fine to me.
