Having experience with FlaggedRevs on Wikinews, I can't believe the same
mechanisms are _not_ in use around the main page and FAs.
Anyone can come along and vandalise absolutely any of the lead articles
on the English Wikinews main page. But unregistered users will never be
presented with the vandalism.
