If you could make it, you should put yourself as OK
for that date. There's
more votes in favour of Saturday right now, but if you voted for Sunday if
you could make it, that would make Sunday more reasonable.
There was a brief discussion in #wikimedia-uk during the board meeting
about that. I was advised to vote for just those I'd prefer, and
no-one else objected to that advice, so I went with it.
Would it not be a good idea for board members'
votes to take priority as
well, since there is more reason for them to attend?
Board members and people intended to stand for the board. There will
be hustings at the meeting, so candidates do, ideally, need to be
there.
