I agree with everything Joseph has said here. :)
I see where Thomas Dalton is coming from, but I think he is being a little
too harsh on the board (damned if they do, damned if they don't). This is
the first step toward addressing miss-steps, and it is welcome.

I would like to echo the suggestion of an advisory or audit board. Its a
suggestion that I had universal support on previous board. A lack of time
has for the most part delayed this but I think its worth the board putting
some time into this.
