Incorporation should only take a few weeks (we need to
run the MoA and
AoA past chapcom and a solicitor and then send it off, as long as
no-one raises any objects to them, that shouldn't take long at all), I
would hope anyone standing is dedicated enough to stick with it that
long (obviously there is a chance that something unavoidable will come
up, but I think that's unlikely in such a short period of time).
I'll just mention again, when working out what corporate structure to go for:
Your #1 goal is to make WMUK a registered charity, that can accept
tax-deductible donations. That's absolutely the most important thing
to get done.
From that all else follows. WMUK v1 failed to manage
this and it meant
lots of stuff that would follow that couldn't happen.
