Regarding Saad I would note that there is a legal requirement to send this
form within 14 days of appointment - although there is little consequence
if you are late. See Companies House section 167 for the reference [1].
Given the Foundation's previous approach to this, for completeness, I would
recommend that you inform them of this technical non-compliance, along with
the AoA omission.
Have the auditors issued their management letter yet? If so, I note that
the chapter's Finance Policy [2] section 8.11 states:
"Any management letter received from our auditors is published with a
response, subject to appropriate redactions in exceptional circumstances"
([responsibility:] Administrator)
What are the plans for publishing this letter?
