Just for the record, this kind of expense falls under the terms of
starting budgets for local chapters financed by the Foundation. (see:

could help out with these types of costs.
To clarify: a Company (Charity) creation by an
agent (such as the above, Duport Associates
Limited) would be 135.00 UK pounds. However, the
costs of submitting an application and getting
the signatories together (in front of a
solicitor) would probably not exceed 50.00 UK
pounds.
