Perhaps Shiju wasn't blaming anyone, but indirectly appealing others to help
Jayanatha 's efforts ( especially in Bengali / WB).
May be we should document these best practices so that it helps all those
who work on developing Wiki communities in various parts of India.

In fact for Bengali we have just started the
effort of community building
exercise. Only one or two workshops had done till now. So it is very
early
to calculate the result.
The workshops seem to have touched at least 50 people. I'd consider
that they have been a rousing success in the first steps towards
building up activities.
I have shared various best practices that we
follow for Malayalam with
Jayantha. In fact the entire Malayalam course material is translated to
English so that Jayanatha can translate and customize it for Bengali. He
took huge effort to make the things happen. So it is our duty to help
Jayantha in various forms so that we can get maximum out of the
workshops.
To clarify, I neither asked Jayanta to shoulder all the responsibility
and nor was I assigning any blame. You mention that you've shared the
best practices and it is available in English. Is there a URL for it
that can be shared ?
