Discussion on the blackout has been suspended pending a final decision of the Supreme
Court: a 120-day temporary restraining order was issued in September against the law.
It seems that there's relatively broad-based support from editors in the Philippines,
with a few opposes, but the discussion is still open if people want to join in.

There was a proposal for this blackout to occur on
English Wikipedia for readers the Philippines. Did that get closed?
Tagalog only accounts for 3.7% of readership from the Philippines.
