Hello,
My name is Angelica Tavella, and I am a student at UC Berkeley that has been doing
research on the effects of Italy's Cultural Heritage Protection Laws, and am focusing
on Europeana and Wiki Commons (particularly the Wiki Loves Monuments competition).
I was wondering why WLPA is only in a few specified countries? Why not in Italy, or in
some other European countries?
