1. Go to this page if you need a CentralNotice banner to be arranged.
2. Check if the text is right or add it if missing. (Think also about what
you want as English text: the basic text or one of your own?)
3. Add in the section *Landing pages* the url of the landing page, which
can be on wiki or your website. This is the page where all participants
must go to first to learn about the contest/rules/etc.
4. Remove the yellow of the table when both the text(s) and the url are
ready to be implemented.
If you want your CentralNotice to be ready in time: have it ready as soon
as possible!
