editing. Besides, people can always make sockpuppets and work on other
articles.
Easy peasy. We nominate that editor to be editor-in-chief of the article,
and another miscreant to be the chief exploder. If the exploder suspects
the editor-in-chief of slacking or moonlighting, he selects a command
olist that explodes a bomb strapped to the head of the editor-in-chief,
and he then becomes the new editor-in-chief.
