It is DEEPLY OFFENSIVE to the NATIONAL CHARACTER of er someone. Or something.
Which is why this tool should display them alphabetically for the
editor's sake, but when you go to save shuffle the list so that
everyone is offended equally.
Dammit, why is WP:POINT policy -- there are just so bloody many fun
ways to break it!
