I disagree with this anti-wiki approach, because only a tiny proportion
of the articles with NPOV problems get a tag. We could try to tag every
article with template that could conceivably be applied to it in a
systemic... but this is a beyond garguantan task. Better just to deal
with articles as we come across it using the talk pages as they were
originally intended.
