The question is whether this is better than no information at all.
As I said, the information can sometimes be put in footnotes to other
articles. That way it still shows up in searches (redirects can be
used as well). The question of permastub articles only really arises
if something would need to be put in lots of articles. In that case,
linking from each article to a new article is a better way of
organising the information.
