As long as the list is open, I don't want subjective decisions of this
nature made about who can participate. Short of disruption or
incivility or such abuse, leave him alone.
My opinion only, of course.
More importantly, it would resemble work, and the mods find dealing
with the actual spam queue horrible enough. We don't consider it our
job to save the readers from stupidity - there's quite enough of that
that's actually on-topic.
