There may be a small reward should any proposal which a members
advocate makes on an arbitration /Workshop page is adopted by the
arbitration committee as part of a decision. This has not happened yet.

I don't think people should expect a reward for helping out other
than
knowing that they've helped out and possibly earned the thanks of the
arbcom, that being said rewards are always welcome :).
