article has developed (and if it's a niche subject the chances are there
won't be) it's very unlikely that such an undeletion would take place -
and in the recent cases where this undeletion power has been exercised,
it has resulted in wheel warring, desyoppings and flamewars.
I think you're exaggerating wildly. I'm aware of one or two silly
spats, but mostly undeletion of a wrongly deleted article is
uncontroversial. I've done dozens and dozens of them.
