"Notability" warnings are part of the
ongoing AFD conflict. I predict
that putting them on talk will be seen as an attempt to encourage

Notability "warnings" are quite different to other warnings. They
don't warn the reader (does the reader of an article about a trivial
pub in Bumsville need to be warned that the topic is trivial?) - they
warn editors.
