Have you any idea of the scale of the problem?
His actions show rudeness, contempt for others, and a
dodgy understanding of the law he is 'enforcing'.
Complaint levels appear to be well bellow one percent. Since we are
dealing with what should be a one off operation I think that can be
tollerated.
