Just a semantic point: is the collection and analysis of available
information to find patterns in and of itself stalking? Wikipedians
routinely track others' actions to find patterns, for sockpuppetry,
conflicts of interest due to off-wiki activities, and other things, and it's
totally acceptable. Isn't it? It seems like some people are upset that
someone decided to put Wikipedia admins under the same scrutiny.
We're getting into who watches the watchers, in a sense.
