[RCom-l] Research project template: feedback welcome

All, this is a first attempt to create a template and a corresponding series of categories for research project, as part of the planned overhaul of Meta:Research: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:DarTar/SandBox The template itself is here: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:DarTar/Template:Project I didn't have time to document it but it should be self-explanatory if you look at the markup.
