I am writing you because I am organising an event on “Protecting Human
Rights Online: Prevention Rather Than Cure” that will take place on 10
December in Brussels and I think your colleagues in Brussels might be
interested in attending the event. May I ask you to liaise with them?
FYI, two interactive multi-stakeholder debates will take place during the
morning with the aim of identifying challenges to human right online and
propose solutions, based on the Council of Europe Guide to Human Rights for
Internet Users

both at the morning event and at the afternoon roundtable.
