If <div is blacklisted, then any page which is re-edited which has
<div in it will not be allowed to be saved. MediaWiki will state
this, and then quote what triggered the edit-ban.
I have <div banned and there is *no* problem whatsoever, except..
I customized MediaWiki:Monobook.css (which doesn't really work, but
that's besides the point). If I wanted to edit this particular page,
then I'd have to edit my LocalSettings.php to be able to save any
changes.
Other than that, there is no difficulty with banning something which
is already in use.
As a side-effect, it forces users to tidy up pages before making
random additions. =)
