Hi,
May I ask again: how do I regain rights to edit special pages like the
sidebar?
What happens is: I submit the changes (clicking "save"), and get this
message:
"Remember that this is only a preview, and has not yet been saved!"
I try to submit changes again, but the message keeps reappearing--it won't
let me save changes.
See attached (colors reduced to save file size).
Thanks,

That warning means "you're editing a protected page, so be careful" -
you aren't being prevented from editing, just advised against doing
anything drastic.
It's used, e.g. on Wikipedia, to tell administrators not to edit
protected pages during content wars, etc.
Also, I would like to prevent registration of new
users, and block those
not logged in from editing pages.
