This isn't quite right - there are two types of refresh, sometimes
referred to as "soft" and "hard". A "soft" refresh asks the
server if
it has a newer version than the one cached, re-rendering the cached
version if not; a "hard" refresh ignores the copy in cache and asks
for a brand new copy whatever.
In IE, F5 is a soft refresh, Ctrl-F5 is a hard refresh
In Mozilla, Ctrl-R is the keyboard shortcut for soft refresh, and
Shift-Ctrl-R for a hard refresh.
