May I ask why would you want this?
Ideally, you shouldn't ever need anything other than the latest version.
Caution when upgrading wikis springs to mind, particularly if you have
your own local extensions.
Different selections of extensions on a set of wikis, even if they
have the same MW version, is useful also.
