AFAIK. They are not lists at all. They are just suffixes to an existing
list. Similarly, when you have listadmins@, you would have listadmins-owner@,
listadmins-leave@, listadmins-join@, etc. automatically.
-owners is basically a redirector to owners of that given list. Add someone
to the list of owners, they will get emails, remove someone, they won't get
emails. Removing someone from owners in most cases (e.g. for excessive
bouncing) means the user in the mailing list is also got removed so you'll
get an email for that at least.
