Hello Ilario
You need to register an account with the email that was set as
Owner/Moderator of the mailing list (if you already have an account created
with a different email, it is possible to link several email adresses).
Then you will be able to administrate the list. mailman3 administration
uses actual user accounts, not a single password shared by all the admins.
