More info on the list's settings:
* I've checked the individual settings of their subscription, and
it's"delivery status -> enabled".
If they set it back to "enabled", there should be nothing else to do. If
they're still having trouble please send me the list name and email
address offlist and I can look with more detail in case there's anything
else.
