There is only one language code abused. There are no translators there are
editors.
They have two options:
- cooperate
- split
When they split, they have to do the localisation for both languages. They
may use the current stuff as a base. I do not mind. Given that this is not
about a new Wikipedia but remedying a current situation, we do not need to
go through the Incubator. But they have to make their choice; split up or
cooperate.

Yes, but the existing language codes are being abused as a macrolanguage,
without any agreement between translators.
