* In celebration of the July 2014 approval of the Egypt Wikimedians user
group by the affiliations committee, this week's report will include a
focused report on Egypt with an interview from Samir El-Sharbaty. The
originally scheduled report on the broader Arab World Education Program
with Tighe Flanagan will also be published this week.
* Next week is Wikimania. I originally scheduled the Mexico report to
publish that week and the WMF global report in the following week. To
accommodate those who are attending education events at Wikimania and are
interested in WMF's current thinking, I will make the report available for
pre-publication viewing next week. I will send a link to the report to this
email list. Feel free to share the link. The WMF report will be published
in the Signpost as originally scheduled the week following Wikimania.
