I saw Arturo referring to the decisions we made in Dublin about DNS
naming in a phab task today. When I went to look at the page on
Wikitech I realized that we had not strongly signaled there what the
outcome of the discussions were and that there was a bit of ambiguity
in the "winning" proposal. I have attempted to write up what I believe
we collectively agreed on as
