In would agree that a php based version would be preferable. Let's hold
off on integrating it

C program to php. Either way, you guys let me know.
The program actually looks quite simple and easy to port, it's just that
the code is rather messy. The only nontrivial part *seems* to be where
it tries to guess whether a given piece of input is Cherokee or English.
