I am of the opinion that while making the import process easier for
Commons admins is going to end up being more or less essential, it is
just as essential that a human has the final say over whether or not
the image is deleted from the source wiki.
I don't think anyone suggested someting different.
There are cases where you wouldn't want to be
performing a *move*,
anyway; the import process as it stands implies copying, rather than
moving, and that is I how I think it should remain.
Well, there will be tons of cases where you *do* want to move images,
and for these cases, the subsequent deletion after copying should be
as pain- and clickless as possible.
