It's the class of error message MediaWiki throws up when something
happens that it can't wrap up in a nice, beautified error. :)
Heh. I really ought to make a photo gallery of all the different
errors I've seen at Wikipedia. I must have seen half a dozen really
different error screens by now.
For my own curiosity, what does "can't" mean in this context - is it a
"can't spare the resources to do so", or "doesn't have enough
information", or "happens at too low a level"?
