How can we translate to other languages the "Server will be down for maintenance on
2004-05-12 from about 02:00 to 03:00 UTC" message? I saw it is translated in FR and
ES. I haven't found it in MediaWiki:All_messages.
I think it is over used since most of the viewing users are not interested in downtimes.
Only wikipedians should see that message and in their own language.
