I could be wrong, but I don't think that the ISO-8859-1 super-ASCII
characters are very common in the Wikipedia. People would probably
prefer to make the required changes themselves rather than not have an
editable Wikipedia for a few days. Also, bots could help.
They are used in many thousands of articles. Bots can't edit the page
history. Bots can't fix user names, comments, and page titles.
