This sounds like a great feature! But unless flagging is limited to admins, I
fear that it may be abused by a group of like-minded vandals working together
(each marking the other person's edits as non-vandalism). I also think that it
should not be limited to just vandalism but to blatant POV as well (which, IMO,
is a form of vandalism).
I check for both while on RC.
