I've just created a new page on meta. It is:

From the intro: "This page is intended as a place where developers can
write their intentions for future development, and maybe even coordinate
with each other (however unlikely that may be). Also, it should describe
the current state of the two CVS branches and the live copy."
At the moment it's basically a personal to do list, but I'd be very
happy if everyone else working on the PHP script also used it. It's
similar to [[meta:Development tasks]] except it contains stuff that's
actually going to happen in the forseeable future, and it says when it
will happen.
