http://quote.wikipedia.org already exists as a wiki.
For now 301 redirecting both
http://wikiquote.org and
http://wikiquote.com to
http://quote.wikipedia.org would be fine but actually moving
http://quote.wikipedia.org to
http://wikiquote.org would be best.
