[Wikipedia-l] disruptive IPs of Mark Williamson attacking users on Moldovan Wikipedia

Who exactly are you? What is your agenda?

And what users are there to attack? The Romanians only come around
every once in a while to agitate for deletion. They don't care about
the WP other than that.
