Yes, it is that one.
Reasons for forking were, if I recall correctly, that we were
discussing (although not seriously considering) adding ads to
Wikipedia, and also the fact that the community is so en.wiki-centric
(I think - this may not've actually been a reason).
A remerge has been suggested, but Enciclopedia Libre (Free
Encyclopaedia) has been resistant and they are, after all, at an
advantage because they have more articles than do we.

Isn't this the one that was originally a fork of the Spanish Wikipedia?
I can't remember what the reasons were for forking or for not merging
back in. Does anyone know? Maybe we should think about encouraging a
remerge.
