Thank you! With Privoxy and this setting, though I didn't quite understand
the meaning of this snippet,
I now can access wikipedia like normal, and without adding Tor.

Please use 145.97.39.155 . We have several servers in Amsterdam, that is

address of the load balancer. You can use privoxy if you like, there's a
