I would be surprised if you did.  The question must certainly not be new 
to them.  Any enterring into correspondence by them would only 
complicate their position since that could commit them to something that 
is contrary to their interests.  When such companies feel that their 
copyright is threatened they prefer to let the matter be handled by 
their lawyers. If they do not feel threatened they do nothing.
