OpenOffice.org you can simply copy'n'paste the wikipedia
articles
into a doc-file. Didn't try such a thing with
MSWord, no windows
here.
Much better is PDF, either export via OOo after copy'n'paste or
use wiki2pdf at
http://wiki.auf-trag.de/

Just sit down in front of any friggin Mac OS X browser and select
File
- Print - Save as PDF.
I think he meant a two way street, from .wiki to .doc back to .wiki.
I wonder, wondering, if OOo could be used to do that... I wonder... I
see scripts floating in my head... Poof!
Better just to stick with wikimarkup...
