You also fail to mention all the articles with traditional titles that
are only redirects to the simplified versions, the articles with
traditional titles but body text partially or fully in simplified,
etc.
In my experience writing the articles for zh-tw:, maybe 1 for every 10
of the articles had a traditional version that wasn't extremely messed
up in one of those ways.
