[Wikipedia-l] meta deletion

It's important that the sysops on a given project be people who are 
active participants in that project.  They are the ones familiar with 
the ways of doing things there, and the culture that has developed.  

To have others coming into a small friendly project making decisions 
based on a process that took place on en-wikipedia is insulting and 
disrespectful of everything that the participants in the smaller project 
have been trying to build.
