There is now a new mailing list for all issues related to the Wikimedia  
foundation as a whole:

Please subscribe if you are interested in
- starting new Wikimedia projects
- finding clever ways to raise funds
- setting up a local chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation
- helping with the Wikimedia Board elections
etc.

Please also copy this information where appropriate (local goings-on  
etc.).
