Erik asked for specific examples which need a
"disable table of
contents" tag.
Actually I saw a lot of pages that needed it once the feature went live.
Particularly timelines. __NOTOC__ works fine, though. More problematic is
the fact that section editing gets confused by headings within <nowiki>
tags. I'll try to sort that one out.
